The Halnziye HY2612 is the newest and strongest putty in Halnziye's range. We sell the latest version, HY2612 V2, sourced directly from Halnziye as an authorized reseller. Halnziye rates it at 12.0 W/mK. In September 2026, Igor's Lab measured 15.1 W/mK at 1 mm, 19.1 W/mK at 2 mm and 20.5 W/mK at 3 mm layer thickness, ahead of every other putty in that comparison.

Like every putty, HY2612 is pressed into place and adapts to the gap. That makes it a fit for GPU memory, voltage regulators and M.2 SSDs, where components sit at different heights and matching a pad thickness is difficult.
